Participants exceeding these limits will be moved to the sidewalk and will not receive an official time, though they will still receive their medal.
- Race Packet Pick-Up: Participants must pick up their race packets before race day unless Race Day Packet Pick-Up is purchased.

Race Rules FOR The Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon and Coastal 5K:
- No Animals or Strollers: Due to liability restrictions, animals, strollers, and wheeled devices (except ADA-recognized mobility aids) are not allowed on the race course.
- ADA-Compliant Participants: If you are running with a service animal or mobility aid, please inform race staff at bib pick-up and start at the back for safety.

Looking to hit a specific time? The Half Marathon Pacing Team will help you achieve your goal with experienced pacers who run consistent splits. Pacing groups will line up 15 minutes before the race starts, with designated signs showing goal times.
Post-Race Party at Grand Strand Brewing Company
After the race, celebrate your achievement at the post-race party and beer garden at Grand Strand Brewing Company. With live music and a great atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to unwind. If you’re 21 or older, your bib includes a free drink ticket for a post-race beer—just don’t forget your ID!

Earn Your Surfboard Finisher Medal
Participants in both the half marathon and 5K will receive an exclusive surfboard medal—7” long for half marathon finishers and 4” long for 5K finishers. These medals are a runner’s favorite and a great way to commemorate your achievement. You’ll want to come back every year to add to your collection!
Awards and Prizes
The top male and female finishers, masters, and grand masters will receive cash prizes ranging from $100 to $300, and the fastest local runners from Horry and Georgetown counties will take home an extra $200! Age group awards will also be given to the top three finishers in various age categories.
The Awards Ceremony will be held at Grand Strand Brewing Company, with the 5K awards at 9:00 AM and half marathon awards at 10:00 AM.
