The Havens #1333 is a beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA condo located on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings in this golf community. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay and is the perfect location for a trip to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of room to cook your favorite meals. The dining area is spacious and is great for family meals or playing games. The living area is comfortable and has a large Flat Screen TV to watch a movie or sports event.
The primary bedroom has a King Swing so it can be used as a king bed or 2 twins if you are here to golf. It has a large en suite bathroom and walk-in closet too. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is another full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo if you need to wash clothes. The condo also has a large screened in porch.
The Havens has a large pool and grill area centrally located in the community. Pool passes are required. There is also a free shuttle in the summer season that runs every hour if you don't like to drive to the beach. Or you can easily drive to the beach which is about 2 miles away. We will provide a shuttle schedule in your arrival package. Our guests also have access to the North Tower Pool which is located in Barefoot Resort by the swing bridge. This also requires a special pool pass. Ask us for more details.
Barefoot Resort is home to 4 Championship Golf Courses. Let us know if you would like to set up tee times. We will provide you with the information needed. This community is great for walking and even has a driving range on the property. You will love the quiet and tranquility of the area.
It is also close to Barefoot Landing which is right over the Swing Bridge. It has lots of shops, restaurants and attractions to enjoy. Check out a show at The Alabama Theater or watch a band at The House of Blues. Walk around Barefoot and enjoy the many shops and water views. Eat a delicious dinner at LuLu's or Flying Fish. Have a taco at Taco Mundo or enjoy a beer at The Crooked Hammock. There are lots of places to check out nearby.
THIS UNIT IS NON-SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES OR GOLF CARTS ALLOWED. There is a 3 night minimum stay in the Prime Season.
