Nestled in the serene Retreat community within Barefoot Resort, this unique rental is the only one of its kind. Enjoy the tranquility of this quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near all the area's attractions. The Retreat is one of Barefoot's newest communities, offering modern conveniences and a peaceful ambiance. Plus, Barefoot Resort boasts four championship golf courses and scenic paths ideal for walks and bike rides. Relax on the front porch and soak in the coastal ambiance.
Inside, the kitchen boasts elegant granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully stocked for gourmet meal preparation. You'll find both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot for your convenience. A full-sized washer/dryer tucked away in a kitchen closet makes laundry a breeze. The spacious living room features comfortable seating, including a convertible couch, and a brand-new 65" Roku Smart TV for your entertainment. In fact, all TVs in the cottage have been upgraded to Roku Smart TVs for the 2023 season.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a larger Roku Smart TV. Additionally, it boasts a walk-in closet, providing ample space for your luggage. The second bedroom features a queen bed, its own TV, and easy access to another full bathroom in the hallway. Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms enhance your comfort.
The community features a pool area for your enjoyment, and you also have access to the North Tower pool, the largest in South Carolina. During the summer months, take advantage of the free shuttle service, running hourly and dropping you off at the beach access. A schedule will be provided in your paperwork.
Barefoot Resort is ideally situated near numerous attractions and activities. Barefoot Landing, just across the bridge, offers a plethora of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, including the Alabama Theater, Duplin Winery, and Lulu's. These are just a few of the many exciting destinations awaiting your visit.
Please note that all guests must be 25 or older to book and stay, with a responsible adult over the age of 25 required to be present at all times. This property is strictly non-smoking, and pets and motorcycles are not allowed. A three-night minimum stay is required in the off-season.

bungalow trip
This unit is in a great location. The good part is you can drive right up to front door. The property is in new condition with everything you could ask for. The two issues that I am uncomfortable with: the guest BR has the most uncomfortable mattress and secondly there is no local TV stations available and all TV's are very difficult to navigate.

Beautful property
The unit was well furnished and very clean. King size bed mattress needs replacing. has a huge sagging area and very uncomfortable. Need more than one dish towel But the place was beautiful.

Lyerly Labor Day stay
We really like the Retreat condo that we stayed in. It is just so cozy and the best at home feeling away from home. Plenty of space for what we need. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Just an awesome place to rent for our Labor Day weekend.

We LOVED this property. It was so clean and stocked SO GOOD! It fit our family of 5 perfectly. The locals that live there were so kind and courteous to our family. The pool was in walking distance of our unit and the kids loved that. We would DEFINITELY rent here again!

Golf get-away
Came down to Myrtle for a short mid-week get away to play a couple rounds with my brother. booked through one of the golf masters and had a wonderful time at this seemingly brand new bungalow. Every thing in the place was very clean and suited out purposes perfectly. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet even during bike week, as we found out when we got there. Check in was a breeze and the location was great. would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage
Really lovely place! Nicely appointed, new, VERY clean, and the AC is beautifully frigid. Feel like the check in process could be more streamlined, as having to stop and get a packet and sign *another* piece of paper before getting the door code is tedious. The only real issue was that for a 7 night stay, i was left with a 2/3 roll of TP in one bathroom, and a half in another. At least leave two full rolls ��

Fun in North Myrtle Beach, SC
Best way to spend Thanksgiving! Centrally located to all things in Myrtle Beach. Found it to be clean, spacious, and fully stocked. We were not disappointed. Found flyers in the one of the drawers in the living room that were very helpful.

Great Cottage with a Great Location
This cottage was great for my husband, son, and I; we each had enough space and having 2 bathrooms was perfect. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, the location is perfect for those that prefer a quiet area in North Myrtle Beach and it's very close to Barefoot Landing.
The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the television in the master bedroom, it is VERY small, sort of like a computer monitor, and was extremely difficult to see, especially when in the bed.
I would definitely stay here again though, it was very clean and cozy.

3 day swing
Really nice bungalow and well furnished. The only negative things I could say was that front porch was not usable because bird droppings on all the furniture, TV's really hard to navigate, and finally bed in guest BR very uncomfortable. A nice vacation spot and would definitely request it again.

Thanksgiving Getaway
This cottage was the BEST.. very beautiful, very quiet, and we felt very safe. The location was great as well. The cottage is so new the address did not come up on our gps. But the directions were on our sign in sheet. Vacation Rentals of NMB made it easy for us. We will definitely be back. Actually already booked it for our next trip to Myrtle Beach.
