Savannah Shores #12 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in a gated community in North Myrtle Beach. Savannah Sores is conveniently located and close to many attractions - golf courses, arcades, Barefoot Landing, fishing, wave runners, parasailing, banana boating, Broadway at the Beach. And it is close to the best beach on the Grand Strand! It is also very convenient to all of the fine restaurants and shops on Highway 17.

This condo is comfortably furnished and sleeps up to 7 guests. It has recently been freshly painted and all new light fixtures have been added. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with a large Flat Screen TV. The second bedroom has two full beds, a TV, and direct access to the hall bathroom. The living area has a new sofa with a wonderful fireplace and a large Flat Screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi. Amenities at Savannah Shores include Tennis Courts, a Playground, a Volley Ball Court, Exercise Room, Community Room, Pool, Hot Tub, Gas Grills and plenty of seating for picnics!

All Guests must be 25 or older to book & stay!! A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times!

This is a non-smoking unit. Pets and motorcycles are not allowed on the property by guests. 2 parking passes are allowed.
