There is a King Bed in the Primary suite which is located on the main floor of the house. There is also a sitting area with a sleeper sofa if you need it. The large bathroom has so much space and there is a great jacuzzi tub to enjoy too. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. There is a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with its own private balcony, another queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and 2 twins in the 4th bedroom. All of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the main level. There is a brand new 65" Flat Screen TV in the living room and all of the bedrooms have Flat Screens as well.
The living room is very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. The dining room table is large and perfect for family meals. The house is bright and has lots of windows to enjoy the scenery and you can even see the ocean! The cathedral ceilings make it seem even larger than it is and there are ceiling fans throughout. You will love this property! There is also a wet bar in the living room for extra drinks and cocktails. Rent a golf cart to get to the beach and back if you want. Just bring your beach chairs and relax!
This beautiful home is perfect for large groups, family gatherings or weekend getaways. It is located right down the street from Barefoot Landing which has lots of shops, restaurants and attractions. Check out The House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure and much more. Ask us about golf cart rentals, discount tickets and other attractions as well.
THIS HOUSE WILL ALLOW MOTORCYCLES WITH RESTRICTIONS. Parking is limited. Will fit up to 4 vehicles under the house. No street parking allowed.

Negative: Mattresses quite hard (typical), MBR king slopes to north. 8 carport lites, none function; only a couple lites near stairs work. MBR AC inoperative 1st day, fine thereafter. Be aware that base price gets larded up almost $900 with admin fee, cleaning fee, linen fee, damage protection fee, MB & NMB fees, & taxes. Left side parking VERY tight - don't try to park a van! Rearview mirror glass on right side of parking indicates previous tenant learned the hard way about tight parking!
Communication: Don't expect Vacation Rentals of NMB to reply to emails, but they did send the needed (missing) pillows & apparently looked at AC issue - all without communication. Documents said check-in at 3pm, but was emphatically told later by Vacay Rentals of NMB that check-in at 4pm - obviously unclear, but we entered house at 3pm without issue.
Golf Cart: Recommend NMB Golf Cart Rental (Michael 843.390.3900) to get to & from beach, since it's a few blocks away; but it's $4/hr to park cart at the beach. Then again, it appears no one enforces golf cart parking permits at 46th & S Ocean Blvd.
Beach: No public bathrooms at beach parking locations (though parking costs $4/hr), so having a golf cart or bicycle is very handy.

Manager Response: Thanks for your review and feedback. The bed in the Primary BR was purchased last year. Not sure of the issues. We always respond to our guests and are very responsive to any issues. If you sent an email over weekend, we cannot always respond until the next day. It is a raised beach house so the parking is tight under the house. We also let guests know that check-in is at 4pm on all of our correspondence but will allow early check-in if the property is ready. Summer is very busy. As far as the fees, we are very transparent on the rates and fees. Taxes here are high for accommodations. This property is walking distance to the beach so it is very convenient. Glad you enjoyed your stay though even with all of your issues.
