Do you like to be close to the beach and Ocean Drive? This is the place for you! This updated 2BR/2BA condo is located on the 2nd floor of Building E and is right across the street from the beach. There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom, two twins in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room if you need it. There is a Flat Screen TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need and has been updated with all stainless steel appliances. The unit has new flooring in the living room and is very comfortable. There is a great screened in porch so you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.
Waipani has one of the best pools in the area. You will love relaxing by the pool and the beach is right across the street if you want to take a dip in the ocean too. Waipani is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach so you can easily walk to Main Street to enjoy the Shag clubs or one of the restaurants located nearby.
This property has a washer/dryer in the unit and also has free Wi-Fi. THIS PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING, NO PETS OR MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED. This unit has a 3 night minimum in the off season and weekly in summer.

Great vacation
Spacious condo overlooking the pool. Perfect for 4 people, a bit cozy. We liked that it had a washer/dryer and a kitchenette and screened-in porch. The parking could be better, the design of the driveway around the condo complex as well as parking spaces was very tight unless you have a compact car. The couch in the condo we rented was full of stains which were very noticeable. Huge plus is that it’s right across the street from the beach which is gorgeous!

Nice Condo
It was nice. The pool was nice. Its goes as deep as 8ft. The four min walk to the beach was not bad at all. Condo was never too crowded.

Worked remotely from this location
This was a great unit to work remotely. Plenty of space. Quiet. Clean. Pool next to unit. Beach across the street. Great location. Walked into the town center several nights. Very safe. Would highly recommend to everyone, especially if you were thinking of working remotely. Had my lunch sitting next to the pool several days.
