Waterway Landing is a beautifully decorated, bright and very comfortable condo located on the Intracoastal Waterway in North Myrtle Beach. It has been updated in 2022 with new furniture, new flooring and has been freshly painted. This is a ground floor end unit. Sit in the enclosed sunroom and watch the boats go by while the sun sets at the end of the day. This will truly be the vacation property to relax and unwind in. If you have to check your email or surf the web, the condo has Wi-Fi access. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom suite with its own entrance to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.
The gated community is quiet, private and offers 2 community pools with hot tubs. It also has grill and picnic areas located right on the waterway.

Wonderful condo on intracoastal waterway!
We loved everything about this condo! Located on the first floor, part of a gated community, tastefully decorated, comfortable furnishings and an amazing porch with views of the intracoastal waterway. This condo is very close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options while still feeling a little secluded and set apart from the rush of Myrtle Beach traffic. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Relaxing Weekend
Our rental was very clean and tastefully remodeled. The porch view of the intercostal water way gave us a nice view. The area was in a less congested area of North Myrtle Beach and close to a lot of the area attractions. Everything with the rental agency was good. They could make check in and check out a little easier by using email to send lock codes and utilizing their cleaning staff to turn in car passes and gate keys that the renters could leave at the rental. Driving straight to your rental and leaving from it would be easier than having to check in and out at the rental agency. Contact signing could also be handled via email.

Great place to stay!
My wife and I enjoyed our time at this rental. Very nice unit, great location, great pool. It needs some attention though: the hall bathtub spout diverter is broken, kitchen clock doesn't work, and caning on a dining room chair is broken out. Still, very nice.

Waterway Landing..amazing views, gated community
Amazing view of the waterway and waking up to the yachts sailboats heading out. Not to far from the beach, just a short drive. Enjoyed sitting on the pier watching the locals fish. If you are looking for a place to stay with the kids, the pool is great.
