Yacht Club Villas #1-202 is located on the 2nd floor in Building One in Barefoot Resort. This beautifully decorated property has all the space you need for your next stay at the beach. The kitchen is large and accommodates all of your needs for cooking. There is a large breakfast bar overlooking the dining area and living room. The living room has nice leather sofas and has plenty of room to relax and watch the large flat screen TV. The balcony is accessible right from the living room with views of the Waterway and pool area. There are 2 brand new queen beds in the master bedroom with a large en suite bathroom. There is also access to the balcony from the bedroom with amazing views. The 2nd bedroom also has two queen beds and there is large bathroom to use as well.
The condo has a washer/dryer for you to use as well.
The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking your favorite meal. This property is right near Barefoot Landing which has many shops, restaurants and attractions. Check out the shows at the Alabama Theater or The House of Blues. Try one of the many restaurants such as Lulu's, Taco Mundo, Wild Wing Cafe to name a few. The pool area is walking distance away and it is the largest pool in SC!
Barefoot Resort also offers a free shuttle to the beach in the summer that runs every hours. It will drop you off at the beach access and bring you back when ready. The last shuttle leaves the beach at 4:30pm.
If you like to golf, Barefoot also has 4 Championship Golf Courses onsite and there are many more in the area to try. Ask us how to book your tee times.
This property has a 3 Night Minimum stay and does not allow pets or motorcycles. It is a non-smoking property. Only 2 parking passes allowed.

Villa 1 Barefoot Resort
We loved staying at the Villa in Barefoot Resort. Our condo was clean, spacious and we loved the location!
Vacation rentals of NMB were easy to work with and located at the entrance so very easy to find.

Nice Place to Stay
My group rented two units. Good experience with three improvement suggestions:
(1) Stock spare TP in all units (had to share between units to make it through the stay)
(2) Stock spare trash bags (one unit had them in the bottom of trash cans and one did not)
(3) Pool passes. The pool looked really nice, but we could not access it. Maybe it wasn't part of package, but most pictures (like the one on this form) feature it, so one would assume access is included.

Manager Response: Thank you for your review and feedback. We do not replenish TP and trash bags. We provide starter paper products and toiletries. Also, pool passes need to be signed out. We would have provided if you wanted them. We do not just give them out to our Golf packages.

Golf trip stay at Vacation Rentals of NMB
We stayed there recently for a golf trip and absolutely loved it! It’s in a great location, it’s so convenient to everything and the room was very nice. We stayed in a 3BR / 3 Bath condo and it was huge...more than enough room for the 5 of us!!

Labor day fun
Everything was exceptional. From the checking in process to the beautiful condo that we stayed in. The stay was just great. Location is always key for us. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Access to the pool and beach is amazing. Everything was great. Thank you Mrs. Patti and your staff for ALWAYS making sure that our accommodations are great. We appreciate you so much for everything.
