This impeccably maintained condo boasts updated features, including newer bamboo floors in the living room and den area. The living room has been updated with all new furniture and a new 55" Smart TV this year. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious King swing bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Myrtle Beachless
Unfortunately our vacation week was during hurricane Debbys visit to SC. Thankfully having a nice big three bedroom unit with a screened in porch provided enough space more indoor time than we had anticipated. The resort grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed Broadway on the Beach. Hopefully we get to see the sun and beach next visit.

Fore Friends Golf Outing
After two years of Covid some friends got together for a weekend of golf and catching up on each other. Everything went as planned. The condo was better than expected, clean and location was ideal for our trip. TV was a little complicated to operate for some of us. I prefer cable but we did not watch a lot of TV. Barefoot Golf courses were in great condition. It was a wonderful trip with no hiccups.

Wonderful Property
My family had a great vacation in NMB. The property was beautiful and the location was perfect, with so much to do all around us. The grounds were well maintained and quite lovely. The unit was spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, containing everything we needed to cook multiple meals. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We can’t wait for our next NMB vacation.

North Myrtle Beach has been our vacation spot for the past 19 years. We have stayed in multiple communities within Barefoot, but prefer the Havens and the buildings with elevators. It makes bringing all (and I mean ALL) our suitcases and belongings to the rental much easier :) We are a family of 5, including our 19 pound Boston Terrier and finding a nice condo that allows us to bring him can be challenging as there are few units that allow pets. We found unit 1122 and booked it almost a year in advance. It offers everything a family needs on vacation including a spacious floor-plan, 3 bedrooms, a washer/dryer and a screened in balcony (we spent much time out there). The decor and the wood floors make this unit feel comfortable. Our 2 weeks spent here were definitely enjoyed by all! Many thanks to Marcia.

Winter Getaway
This is our second winter at Havens 1122 and we love it. It felt like we were coming home when we arrived this year, even our little morkie Sparky seemed happy to be back. The staff at Vacation Rentals of North Myrtle Beach are pleasant and efficient (Thanks Patti). The few little issues that needed attention during our stay were dealt with immediately (thanks Craig). We have rebooked for next winter but would recommend this unit to anyone planning a summer/fall stay at Barefoot.

The house was immaculate...
Our family had a great time. House was very clean. Only downfall of the house was the distance to the beach and to the big north tower pool. And it would be nice to be a little closer to the main road. But overall we would stay again.
