You will love staying in the property on your next vacation! North Tower #1003 is located on the 10th floor and has the most amazing views of the Waterway, Barefoot Landing and the City! This large 3BR has plenty of space for your family or friends to enjoy! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a great dining area to enjoy your meals if you feel like cooking. The living room has been recently updated with new furniture and there are new floors throughout. The living room area is comfortable and has balcony access with amazing views. There is a new large flat screen Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows. There is also a DVD player if you like to watch movies. The building has free WiFi available for your use.
The primary bedroom suite has a new king bed and also has balcony access. The primary bathroom is large with a soaking tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a new queen bed with a large bathroom as well. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and the 3rd bathroom is in the hallway. There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom.
The North Tower has the largest pool in SC and it is right downstairs from the condo. The balcony features new patio furniture and overlooks the pool area, the Waterway and Barefoot Landing. There is plenty of outdoor seating and tables to enjoy an afternoon cocktail or your morning coffee. Barefoot Landing is a large entertainment area with lots of shops, restaurants and attractions such as The House of Blues, Alabama Theater and Alligator Adventure. Enjoy a glass of wine at Duplin Winery or a great meal at Flying Fish. There are fireworks every Monday night in the summer and you can watch them right from the property.
Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf Courses if you enjoy playing. There is also a driving range onsite as well as a couple of restaurants. Ask us about tee times! This location is perfect for enjoying all the attractions in the area and is right down the street from the beach. There is a free shuttle that runs in the summer every hour that will take you to the beach and back. We will provide a schedule to you at arrival.
All Guests must be 25 or older to book & stay!! A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times!
This property is non-smoking and no pets or motorcycles are allowed. There is a 4 night minimum stay in the prime season. Inquire for the best rates and availability today!

North Tower condo was beautifully decorated with new furniture. Everything worked in the condo (appliances, TV, etc). I recommend it as a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful condo
Condo was clean. It overlooks a large swimming pool and a marina. The property management office was very easy to deal with.

Perfect stay!!
This condo is in a beautiful and perfect location! We could see the ocean from the 10th floor - just spectacular! The condo was clean and very nice , all furniture and appliances were in good shape. The pool is gorgeous and refreshing and so large that it could never be too crowded. To top this, the staff was the most helpful and pleasant people to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best Staycation
From check in through check out, the process was seamless. The rental property was beautiful, clean, cozy, and a perfect spot for a first time visit. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were absolutely blown away everything this property has to offer, including the pool. This property is a definite Gold Mine. We definitely plan to return.

We love North Tower and the facility and staff. Our room has an awesome view and everything we need while there. The location is so handy to groceries, restaurants and entertainment. The Marina Bar & Grill is also great being within walking distance!

Five Stars: Would Definitely Return
Our experience was wonderful. We walked into the condo and were greeted by beautiful floors, modern kitchen appliances, and amazing views. The layout of the condo was perfect. There were enough bathrooms for everyone (important when traveling with multiple children). Additionally, the location was great. It was very convenient.
