Yacht Club Villas #1-204 is a beautifully appointed 4 Bedroom/4 Bath condo located on the 2nd floor in Building #1. This spacious and updated property allows your family and guests to relax in complete comfort and style. The living room is very comfortable and has a large Flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The kitchen has granite counter tops and has everything you need to cook your meals. The breakfast bar has plenty of room to entertain and the dining room is perfect for family meals. There are two master suites with adjoining master baths and the other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms as well so everyone has privacy. There is a king bed in the 1st master suite and a king in the 2nd master. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have two queens in each room. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs as well. There is also a washer and dryer in the property so you can do your laundry any time you need to.
There are great views of the Marina and the Intracoastal Waterway and the large resort style pool area from the balconies. This is the perfect home away from home for your vacation! Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf Courses to try if you like to golf. Or we can set you up with one of our professional Golf Masters to reserve your tee times. Walk over to the Marina Bar for cocktails or a bite to eat at the end of the day. Or check out the many shops, restaurants and attractions at Barefoot Landing. Check out Lulu's Restaurant, Taco Mundo, Flying Fish or Greg Norman's Australian Grill for a great dinner. Do you like to go to shows? The House of Blues, Alabama Theater and Alligator Adventure has many shows to choose from. The beach is right down the street and there is even a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will drop you off at the beach access.
Barefoot Landing has fireworks every Monday night in the summer and you can watch them right from the balconies in your condo. You will love this place!
This property is non-smoking and no pets allowed. Barefoot Resort Properties do not allow motorcycles, buses, RVs, boats, golf carts or trailers. No gas or charcoal grills permitted. There is a grill area onsite.

Overall nice place to stay
Overall we were pleased with our stay. Had a few minor things upon arrival, no shower curtain in one shower, lock missing from sliding door, shower faucets leaked, sink drain stopper didn’t work etc. they brought us a shower curtain which sufficed.
Biggest disappointment was that we were looking forward to, and purposely selected a place that had one,enjoying the hot tub mornings and evenings and it turned out that it was shut down the entire length of our stay- that would get 0 stars! Because that was a big deal to us. Wish we could be compensated somehow

We have no control over the pool area or hot tub so unfortunately that is not something that we can address. We hope that you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Amazing pool for young kids!!!
Loved the unit, very clean and spacious! Perfect for our group! Pool was perfect for the kids. There was one draw back, there were people staying directly below us that were extremely loud partying all day and through the night on their balcony we could even hear them with our doors shut. They were also smoking tons of weed to were we couldn’t go out on our porch because it smelled so nasty. Also there was a smoker on their porch to the left of us.

Manager Response: Thanks for your review and feedback. There is not supposed to be any smoking on any balconies. Unfortunately we do not manage all of the properties in Yacht Club so we have no control over all the guests. Sorry for the issues with other guests. We will let the HOA know.

Overall the experience was good
Overall our experience was good. The property was described accurately as to layout, location, amenities, etc.; however, the cleaning crew or maintenance team should pay more attention to bathrooms and showers cleanliness. The shower curtains and the balcony curtains were stained and should be replaced. I had one shower curtain replaced while we were there.

Very pleased with location. Will suggest that you replenish toilet paper in every bathroom, up date lamps that are randomly place around unit and provide extra linens for pull out sofa (didn’t call for any do to weekend) but sure it was available even though it wasn’t located in the unit.

Manager Response: Thanks for your review and feedback. We actually just supply toilet paper to get you started. We do not replenish since it is a vacation rental. We would definitely have brought you some linens if you contacted us. We don't put them in there for the sleeper unless guests request them.
Great condo,will be back!
My family has rented in Myrtle beach for the past 7 years and by far this was the nicest condo and the best experience with a rental company. Rentals at NMB treated us with white glove service and met all our needs. We didnt feel like a \" number\" like we have in the past with other rental companies. The condo was very clean and much larger then it looks in pictures. View was great and very relaxing overlooking the waterway and our family was able to walk across to the barefoot landing shops. Great experience and great Condo!

Wow, what a beautiful & huge condo. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with a great view of the inter-coastal. Recently remodeled, with all new furniture and appliances to boot. Also, so close to all the new and great restaurants and shops at the Barefoot Landing area. Just perfect for a big family vacation or 4 golfers that want their own large room and bathroom. Overall, just a great location and condo.
