This is a 3BR/3BA End Unit Condo with gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marina, and Barefoot Landing. Enjoy the fireworks from one of 2 balconies during the summer months. This property is a short walk to one of the largest pools in South Carolina as well as the Marina Bar & Grill.
The Condo was freshly painted in 2021 and has new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig/Coffee maker combo, Air Fryer, Griddle and so much more. Enjoy a dual oven with two separate cooking compartments which can be set to different temperatures and times. This is a kitchen for large gatherings and delicious cooking!
The Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed and a twin pullout as needed along with a private bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen-sized beds and a private bathroom with shower and tub. There is also a queen-size pullout couch for additional guests. There is a Smart TV in every room. Full Washer/Dryer available.
