Yacht Club Villas Unit 2-305 is located in Barefoot Resort & Golf right over the Intracoastal Waterway. This is a 3BR/3BA End Unit Condo with gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marina, and Barefoot Landing. Enjoy the fireworks from one of 2 balconies during the summer months. This property is a short walk to one of the largest pools in South Carolina as well as the Marina Bar & Grill.
The Condo was freshly painted in 2021 and has new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig/Coffee maker combo, Air Fryer, Griddle and so much more. Enjoy a dual oven with two separate cooking compartments which can be set to different temperatures and times. This is a kitchen for large gatherings and delicious cooking!
The Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed and a twin pullout as needed along with a private bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen-sized beds and a private bathroom with shower and tub. There is also a queen-size pullout couch for additional guests. There is a Smart TV in every room. Full Washer/Dryer available.

Golf trip to Myrtle Beaach
Everything about the property was AMAZING!! I have been running this trip every year since 2002 and this was definitely the BEST the Barefoot Villas was the absolute nicest we have stayed in. The biggest SHOUT OUT I would like to give is to the amazing young woman who handled our check in. She went above and beyond the service I have received at any of the other places we have stayed. I wish I could remember her name! She went over all the information in detail even down to taking me outside and showing me the high rises our group would be in. This was truly the VERY BEST!!!
