Yacht Club Villas #3-704 is a beautifully appointed 4 Bedroom/4 Bath condo located on the 7th floor in Building #3. This spacious and updated property allows your family and guests to relax in complete comfort and style. The living room is very comfortable and has a large Flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The kitchen has been renovated with all the bells and whistles that you will love when you are cooking your favorite meals. The dining area has plenty of seating and is perfect for family meals.

There are two primary suites with adjoining primary baths and the other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms as well so everyone has privacy. There is a king bed in the 1st Primary suite and Two Queens in the 2nd Suite with its own private balcony. The 3rd bedroom has two queens and the 4th has a King too. All of the bathrooms have been updated too. The bedrooms all have flat screen TVs as well. There is a washer and dryer in the property so you can do your laundry any time you need to.

There are great views of the Marina and the Intracoastal Waterway and the large resort style pool area from the balconies. This is the perfect home away from home for your vacation! The House of Blues, Alabama Theater and Alligator Adventure has many shows to choose from. The beach is right down the street and there is even a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will drop you off at the beach access.

Barefoot Landing has fireworks every Monday night in the summer and you can watch them right from the balconies in your condo. You will love this place!
