Family vacation
Our vacation started off pretty rocky, When we got to the condo the passcode didn't work and there was no Verizon cellular service to call the office. Thankfully we had the wifi password to the condo and were able to connect our cellphones to call the office. After multiple calls we got through to someone that was able to update the door passcode and got us in to start our vacation. Once we entered the property was perfect for our family of 4. Only thing we wished we had was a working remote for the kids room and a smart TV in all the rooms. Life is so spoiled now that I don't want to watch commercials. Only other issue we had was trying to get access to the north pool, we could not figure out where to park and the day we went we couldn't find anyone to ask for help.

The check in process is horrible. I never got an email about a lock box or codes. It took 3 hours to get in the room. Now that I know how it works it won’t be so bad. As I was leaving I saw another couple doing exactly what we went through. They were talking to vacation rentals and could not understand the representative. So I showed them how to do it. Ps. Patty that works in the office was very professional and helpful

Amazing stay
It was an amazing stay , the place was beautiful and clean , my husband and I loved the layout and large space. We will return for sure! We wish we lived in that place it was nice and homely.
