Best Vacation Ever
we had a wonderful time again this year. This house is amazing. Comfortable, clean and cozy. The host is amazing! Our bed had an issue, I sent a message to the host and in a couple of hours a box pulls in with a brand new bed. The location of this house is spot on. I will be staying here again next year. Thank you so much for being so kind. We arrived 2 days after surviving Helene and needed a rest from what we had been in and what we would be going back to. thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wonderful vacation!
The location is absolutely perfect, fishing in the channel from the porch deck or walking 3 minutes to the Cherry Grove Pier and beach. Management was very helpful and accommodating. I think the house could have been a little cleaner and the mattresses need updating. Overall, I would rent the house again.

Best Vacation Ever
We enjoyed our stay very much and the location was perfect! The home had enough room for us all. Carpets can do with replacement and some of the blinds were broken.

Perfect location
This location was perfect; very short 4 minute walk to the beach and fishing pier, lots of eating places around, IGA big grocery store with EVERYTHING you’ll need, short drive to bars. The house was perfect and beautiful view with great neighbors.

Easy times stay
It was great. My only complaint would be it needs a ceiling fan in master bedroom. The ac unit is right outside master bedroom and it makes this loud noise I can’t describe which kept us up at night, not a normal running noise. But I loved the house and would definitely stay again.

Easy Times
Mostly, the house was a great location, enjoyed the deck and canal for fishing, and the 4 bedrooms/kitchen were very nice. We had a few concerns. First, we were promised a gas grill in the description of the rental. When we called the office to ask where the gas grill was, they stated that it was a "fire hazard" and we would not have a gas grill. Yet, both neighbors had a gas grill. So we used the charcoal grill provided and the wind made this more dangerous on two evenings. Very disappointed in this resolution.
Next, the carpeting on upstairs steps to bedrooms were filthy and turned our feet black.
Then, the deck steps to the kitchen were worn out, two of the boards were loose and we worried about splinters.
The final thing is that the toliet on the main floor, powder/laundry room, continued to run and clog even after two visits from the plumber. It needed snaked. We just did not use it after his second visit.

Manager Response: Thanks so much for the review and feedback. The Owner decided not to keep the grill due to issues so we are sorry that it was removed. We have scheduled the carpets to be cleaned after a busy summer season. We will check on the boards and fix whatever needs to be done. It is hard to do when there are guests staying so we will be doing updates now that the season has slowed down.

Spring Break at Cherry Grove
Upon arrival we loved the location just one block over from the beach and direct beach access. The digital entry was great, the house was clean, a home away from home. The view of the bay was very nice in the mornings or evenings. This is a great place to lease for your family to enjoy the beach and have quick access to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend the rental property for your vacation if you want to have a place away from hotels and condos and enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Golf Trip Stay!
Overall no complaints with our stay. Property was clean and as described on the website. Management company was quick to address any minor issues we had ran into. Only suggestion would to be to invest in some curtains along side the blinds. Rooms located near the water were very bright early in the morning (7 o’clock) which made it hard to sleep in if that is something you are looking to do.
