Check out this 2BR/2BA end unit in building 2 located on the 6th floor for your next stay in NMB! This spacious condo has the perfect kitchen for entertaining that overlooks the dining and living room areas. The views from the balcony are awesome of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marina and the North Tower Pool.
The kitchen is fully stocked and is ready for you to cook your favorite meals. New pots and pans have been added in 2023. The Primary bedroom has a king bed with a large en suite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds with it's own private bathroom. The living room area is large and comfortable and all the rooms have flat screen TVs. The bathrooms have been updated with new toilets and showerheads in 2023 as well. The condo has a washer/dryer for your use too.
Barefoot Landing is close by and has lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. Check out all of the new restaurants like Lulu's and Taco Mundo which has outdoor seating and awesome views of the Waterway. Great food too! Come see one of the great shows at the Alabama Theater or The House of Blues next time you are here or plan your next weekend getaway to see a concert. Barefoot Landing also has a fireworks show every Monday night in the summer and you can watch right from the balcony from this property! What a beautiful sight to see!

July 4th Vacation
My family stayed here the week of 4th of July. The villa was nice and clean. There was minor construction on the exterior of the building causing the garbage shute to not be in operation. this caused a minor inconvenience having to walk garbage down to the trash bin each day.

Yach Club Villas - NMB great location
Great location. Bedding needs updating. Hard mattress, Sheets stiff and scratchy, polyester covers thin and old.

Loved it!
spaciious, gorgeous but needs some updating. Smart TVs would allow guests to add their own streaming and sports channels when needed, especially on rainy days. Remotes and channels are way outdated. Please consider replacing the TVs. The sliding door give lots of views but is hard to open and outside handle broke off. Please lubricate. Also please consider putting a trash bin inside a cabinet for more eye appeal. The one we had was dirty and the lid was broken. C lose to Barefoot and many other things, overall we would definitely come back.

Barefoot yacht club rental
Location and cleanliness were excellent. View from balcony was beautiful. Pool was perfect. Had one minor issue with a door handle that was remedied within an hour. Very satisfied with size and condition of unit. Would definitely stay again! ��

Wonderful view of the IC
Aside from our check in emails going to junk mail with the codes on how to check in... and difficulty unlocking the unit's door-which was temperamental before we learned how to do it---- everything was great.
The realty company was very helpful to assist us and resolve both of these issues.

Our stay at the Yacht Villa at Barefoot was glorious! The room was more than we expected. The weather was “not so good” but we found fun things that kept us busy. The restaurants were great and we had loads of shopping. We will definitely do this again with Barefoot!

Beautiful view!
This unit has a direct view of the ICW and Barefoot Landing. We really enjoyed watching the boats and listening to the music at night from the balcony. All of the rooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare and enjoy meals for large family. The bathrooms are also large and clean. We would gladly return, had a great time!

Yacht Club Villa, 2-605
My husband & I have been coming to North Myrtle Beach for the past 10 years (we are Snowbirds). We have been dealing with Vacation Rentals for about 8 years. We are very pleased with the services that is extended to us from Marcia, Patti and the entire staff. They are very professional. and we would highly recommend them to any of our friends. The unit that we stayed in was quite enormous, in fact it was about the same size as our home in PA. Well equipped with anything that you would need. The rooms were spotless, and the view from the liiving room over looking the Intercoastal Waterways is breathtaking. We thank our son Scott who introduced us to Marcia. We look forward to coming down here for many more years.
