The Barefoot Resort Yacht Club Villa #3-502 is a beautifully decorated, spacious 2BR condo located in a luxurious high rise building overlooking the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. This condo is located in building 3 on the 5th floor. It has recently been updated with vinyl flooring throughout and has new living room furniture to enjoy. You can sit on the oversized balconies and watch the boats go by or enjoy the fireworks show at Barefoot Landing in the summer.
The primary bedroom suite has two new queen beds and a large bathroom with a spacious garden tub. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a large bathroom as well. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar that also overlooks the living and dining areas. Both bedrooms and the living room have Flat Screen TVs and ceiling fans. There is also a washer/dryer in the property for your use.
Barefoot Resort has the largest pool in South Carolina and it is located right beside the Yacht Club Villas. The beach is less than 3 minutes away & beach access all along Ocean Blvd. There is a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will drop you off at the beach access if you do not want to drive. The schedule will be in your arrival package or in the office. There are four championship golf courses in Barefoot Resort along with a gorgeous clubhouse where you can enjoy lunch or a cocktail after playing 18 holes.
Across the Waterway is the popular Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment such as the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues and much more. Grab a beer at the Crooked Hammock Brewery, eat a nice meal at Greg Norman's or play some games at Lulu's. There so much to see and do in the area.

Amazing
Condo was absolutely beautiful and so clean. What a beautiful place to visit. We spent a day by the pool and had a delicious lunch by the pool with live music. Walked the beach at Sunrise and Sunset dinner at the flying fish. Couldn’t have been any better(: Can’t wait to come back again to enjoy Barefoot Resort. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Boys golf outing
Accomodations were great for 4 old boys. The golf package (accomodations, 4 golf rounds with cart, driving range balls, and breakfast) is hard to beat for the price. Only minor complaint, buffet breakfast was not that good. Would recommend is golf package

Fabulous location and views!
The unit is located so that one is looking at the waterway and directly into Barefoot Landing. It was great to watch New Year’s Eve fireworks from our balcony. With the exception of arriving to a less than properly cleaned unit, and a lack of response from the management company, the overall experience was great. The unit is very well supplied, has nice furniture and amenities, appeared exactly as advertised, and the Villas are well maintained. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

Great place
Very nice condo, I have stayed here for 2 or 3 months a year for 6 years. The management is very friendly attentive and fix any problems quickly. Nice view over the Inland waterway.
