Must-Experience Moments for Music Enthusiasts 

If you’re a traveler with a passion for incredible performances, there are plenty of things to do in Barefoot Landing that promise to inspire. First, take time to enjoy live music and entertainment at the Alabama Theatre. This venue hosts an array of live shows including concerts, comedy, acrobatics, and more. One the Show is the theatre’s most popular performance and features a variety of musical and comedy performances. This show is offered from February through October. Be sure to purchase your tickets in advance. Barefoot Landing’s House is Blues is another great place to enjoy live music. This venue hosts up-and-coming stars from a variety of different genres to perform for Myrtle Beach’s locals and visitors alike. House of Blues also hosts a delicious gospel music and brunch experience every Sunday. Don’t forget to check out the live music at Lulu’s the next time you stay at Barefoot Landing too.

Local Events That Elevate Your North Myrtle Beach Stay 

When travel plans have you enjoying time away in North Myrtle Beach this fall, don’t miss out on the Oktoberfest fun at Barefoot Landing. This is a full day of Bavarian food, drinks, music, and dance that’s put together by a variety of local, participating restaurants and shops. Wristbands to enjoy the experience are available for $10 each and the fun gets underway over at the Dockside Village Stage. There will be contests to enjoy and great performances to admire at this people and pet-friendly event. If you’re spending time in North Myrtle Beach in November, consider attending the Lighting of the Landing at the end of the month at Dockside Village. This annual tree lighting show at Barefoot Landing starts at 6:00 pm and is followed by fireworks at 7:00 as well as visits with Santa for the little ones in your group. Additional events to add to your itinerary when you’re here other times of the year include: 

  • Fireworks at Barefoot Landing over the 4th of July weekend 
  • Yoga in the Yard at Crooked Hammock Brewery every Sunday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
